You will have to ship for a loss and then figure out what you did wrong when you created the listing and completed the shipping section for:
-Method
-Weight (packed for shipment)
-Dimensions (packed for shipment)
You are not the first, nor will you be the last, Seller who made a mistake on shipping and had to eat the cost of excessive shipping charges.

·3 years agoThe buyer pays the amount you put in the listing if it is not enough that on you.

Mentor3 years ago@moose3cow sellers determine shipping cost to buyers on the listing.
if u undercharged, u r still under obligation to ship it anyhow.
if u decide to cancel the transaction, u will receive a defect on ur account.
