It says buyer pays shipping but I have paid it 3 times , do they reimburse once order is delivered?

Mentor1 week agoBuyers cannot actually purchase the shipping label for you. So the buyer pays the amount shown on the listing for shipping. So eBay collects the item charge, shipping charge and sales tax from the buyer when they make the purchase. When you print the shipping label in the eBay shipping center you can use some of the funds to purchase the shipping label and then eBay will give you the remainder (less eBay fees) as a payout when you are eligible for it.

Mentor1 week ago@xabcor_0 Buyer pays you for the item price and shipping. You use the buyers money to buy the shipping label because you have the item.
If you are subject to fund holds you might have to "front" the money for the label using your back up payment for selling costs or PayPal. Then you wait for the buyers payment for the label in your payout to your checking account with the rest of the proceeds from the sale minus eBay selling fees.
