Why was I charged double for shipping I was the seller?

Mentor2 weeks agoThe buyer sends item price + shipping + sales tax. You get the item price + shipping. ebay sends the sales tax to the buyer's state. You can purchase the shipping from whomever you like. If you use ebay shipping, you can pay for the label using the pending payout or your Paypal account. If you accidentally printed two shipping labels, you can cancel/void the extra label.
Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
