Shipping fee
Ebay is charging me more than they charged my customer for shipping. I did not alter the weight or size of package listed yet the customer was billed 4.51 for shipping, and then eBay is charging me $8.50 to print a shipping label

You underestimated the cost of shipping when you created the listing.
In the future, use Calculated Shipping which is based on buyer location, dimensions & weight of the prepackaged item:

When you go to purchase the shipping label make sure the package information and the service is correct. Your listing shows USPS Ground Advantage shipping, the shipping page sometimes will default to a different service.
If you are not seeing any option to make changes to the label look for a link to switch to the advanced shipping page.

It looks like you have flat shipping of $4.51 for anywhere in USA. This cost is not calculated on weight and dimensions.
You should use calculated shipping so the correct amount is charged for the destination.
What is the weight and dimensions of the package?
