I looked at many of your Sold listings, and the highest shipping was a little less than $20. Of course, that was shipping to my zip code. It would cost a lot more to a foreign country, Uzbekistan for instance cost $32. So, where was the buyer located?

OP2 years agoThe item had glass so I added protection and the weight and demonsions highered the shipping. Adjusted the packaging and the cost adjusted.

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer paid the correct amount based on the parameters you used when you listed the item for sale.
I don't see anything that you've sold in the last few days that would cost anywhere near $99 to ship. Which item is it? Did you check to make sure you've entered the correct packaged weight and dimensions when creating your shipping label?

OP2 years agoThe item had glass so I added protection that raised the weight and price for shipping. I found a solution by using bubble wrap and poly bags to take it back down.

Mentor2 years agoWhat is the 12 digit item number? I looked at your sold listings for October, and none of them have a shipping fee close to $99
The most expensive shipping that I see is $14 for the following item:
FOLDED FLAG CASE. 25 Inch Long. Open Box Item
and I am located in California.

OP2 years agoThe item had glass so I added protection amd the weight went up. Adjusted the packing and the shipping cost went down.
