Shipping failures
I recently started using Ebay shipping labels(eBay Standard Envelope for eligible items up to $20) to save buyers money and to have a tracking number on less expensive items. However, I have had a few items not get delivered and buyers requesting a refund. The tracking number that Ebay provides on the purchased shipping label shows only that the label was purchased. I take all items to the post office myself, so I know they were in possession of them. Am I covered from Ebay?

Mentor1 year agoThe Standard Envelope is not tracked like other items. Here is a link to information about the envelope and how to track it: https://pages.ebay.com/ebaystandardenvelope

Mentor1 year agoIf tracking does not show as delivered, then no, you aren't covered by eBay. The way a seller wins an item not received case is by inputting the tracking number that shows delivered. If you can't you must refund.
