Shipping Exclusion Lists

Question

I no longer can figure out how to sell to Canada and other international locations. I've created a shipping policy with no countries excluded but have no idea how to apply it?!

Is my issue that I've selected USPS as the preferred shipping method?

I've sold internationally for years, but the user interface for doing this has changed and I can't figure out the new interface! As a former Software Engineer I'll share an old adage: "change an interface, even a bad one, and you'll upset the customers. We already know how to navigate the old interface, so if you get rid of that you're going to upset people!"

@schwemf What you are having an issue with is import restrictions by some countries AND restrictions of the eBay International Shipping program.

There are package size, price, and category restrictions.

These are the package size requirements>

The following requirements apply to items shipped through eBay International Shipping:

Items are physically located in the US and listed on eBay.com
Items are eligible for export and the cost doesn't exceed $2500 USD
Packages should not exceed:
- 48 inches in length, 84 inches in length and girth
- 44 lbs. in billable weight (not actual weight) for all countries except Canada (maximum billable weight for Canada is 66 lbs.)
