Hello. I recently had a buyer buy one of my products off of my page but I cannot send it to them because their address is invalid. After the buyer updated the address to the new address they wanted it is still not showing up and not allowing me to ship my item. Can someone help me please?

You need to cancel the transaction for an address problem and relist for buyer to purchase and pay with the correct address to maintain you ebay seller protection.
