Shipping error
On calculated shipping, eBay will allow me to key in package measurements. Sometimes, when I click save, it repopulates the measurements to different values. They are incorrect. Help?

Mentor3 weeks ago@vancl-55 Sorry you are having trouble with eBay filling in the package measurements. The easy listing tool and app for new sellers often try to "help" a bit too much.
I recommend listing with Seller Hub on a computer>
To access Seller Hub:
1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
2. Click Start Using Seller Hub
3. To create a new listing click on the blue create listing button on the upper right of the Overview page.
Then be sure to turn off the autofill feature in Pricing options. While this should only auto fill prices I have had reports from other sellers that it was changing dimensions too.
