Shipping error
I sold an item and the Buyer paid for shipping. The Buyer requested UPS Ground. When I tried to print a shipping label, the shipping method automatically came up as a USPS Priority Mail Envelope, which cannot possibly work for this item that weighs 36 pounds and is far bigger than an envelope will hold. When I try to edit the shipping method the UPS option is greyed out but there is an indication that this is the method the Buyer wanted. How do I fix this?

Mentor1 year agoDoes the buyer address have a PO Box anywhere in it? If not you should be able to select whatever shipping method you want.
What is the Item Number?
