eBay can not help you stop or change a shipment.They also can not force a buyer to send an item back to you.
If sent usps, you can try recalling the package - they will charge you $18 plus the return postage.

If the item is already out for delivery, ask your buyer to open a not as described return so you can issue a return label and refund the buyer when you receive the item back.
