Question

I Don't understand why the option for the ebay standard envelope is grayed out...

the coin was in the category: collectables & arts, coins & paper money, coins:us, collections,lots

the coin sold for $19.99, no tax charged, below $20

The envelope dimensions are 9x4x0.25

If these the criteria why is the option to choose it grayed?

I spoke to ebay customer support, not much help...they couldn't even see the category my item was in...

If it was the Quarter, that listing https://www.ebay.com/itm/257352367739

had Ground Advantage in the listing.

If you want eBay Standard Envelope, you need to list that in the listing before it is sold.

Requirements are

- Categories of Trading Cards, Coins and Currency, Postcards, Stamps, Patches, Sticker and Decals, Seeds, and Greeting Cards

- Weight up to 3 oz.

- Value up to $20

- Envelope Size - 6x4x1 to 11x6x1 (use 1" even though it is thin)

Does your item meet the above criteria?

When you LIST

Enter the weight and dimensions of 6x4x1 and you can find "eBay Standard Envelope for Trading Cards, Stamps, Postcards & Coins up to $20" in your shipping options under "Standard Services".
