Shipping due at delivery and already paid shipping

Question

I bought three things from a seller. He packed them together and dropped at UPS. no tracking and a week goes by. I ask for info. Nothing. A day later i get a ticket from UPS saying $20 is due for shipping. Last time i paid for shipping i got screwed out of that cost.

" what am i supposed to do?" Only you can make that decision. It kinda all comes down to "How badly do I need or want these items? Do I want them badly enough to pay another $20.00?" Assuming you have not yet paid the $20 postage due, there are two options: 1. Pay the $20.00. Then you will, at least, receive the package from that seller. One assumes the package will include the three things that you bought. a. eBay cannot and will not refund that $20.00 to you. b. You may ask the seller to reimburse $20.00 to you, but he/she is not required to do so. OR 2. Don't pay the $20.00. UPS will return the package to the seller. YOU will be protected against any negative consequence from eBay. eBay will refund you in the full amount you paid (Item Price + Sales Tax + Shipping Cost).
