shipping discrepancy between actual cost and packing slip
Ebay showing charge on packing slip for shipping $16.91, but actual shipping (under ORDER DETAILS - and what buyer actually paid) was $5.87. I don't want inflated shipping to put inflated total sale on my account. Any advice?

·9 months agoMaybe check your shipping method, or weight and dimensions or the ship to location.
You can cancel the shipping label if it's wrong and do another one here:

OP9 months agoShipping label is correct and that's what the buyer actually paid, but I always send a packing slip and on the packing slip the shipping it says the person was charged significantly more than he paid. I'll try again tomorrow to speak with customer service. Thanks.
