Shipping Discount for multiple purchases
I am trying to offer a shipping discount when a buyer is purchasing two separate item. Help is telling me to go to Shipping Preferences, but Shipping Preferences is not showing any edit buttons.
Has anyone been successful in offering a shipping discount for a specific buyer?

Mentor5 months agoIn my shipping preferences, I have a rule to ADD THE WEIGHTS. This is for all of my items.
Go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Scroll down to COMBINED SHIPPING. I have an EDIT button because I have specified a rule, but maybe you need to click on it in order to create a rule.
