Mentor2 years agoThat is up to each Seller. Many Sellers pass along their discount when they print their labels on eBay. If the extra funds are not a large amount, some Sellers use those funds to help pay for shipping supplies.
If when printing the label, the cost is printed on the label and the Buyer sees it is less than they were charged, that could create an issue with the Buyer. Ultimately, it is up to the Seller if they want to issue a refund to their Buyer for the extra funds.
