I went to FEDEX to ship a guitar. the measurements they took of the box and weight while I was there were subsequently changed and the weight was increased from 12 pounds to 57 pounds. So Ebay charged me $147 instead of the estimated $74. How do I dispute the erroneous shipping charge?

Never estimate shipping charges.

When you list an item for sale, measure and weigh the prepackaged item and enter in those precise details into the shipping calculator so there are no surprises when you go to ship the item.
