How do I allow shipping to a P.O. Box?

Mentor2 years ago@hfcoverlover You have to unblock PO boxes in your shipping preferences>
There are two pages you need to use to set this up.
1. Exclude shipping locations https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf/excludeRegions
2. Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a location I don't ship to AND block buyers with 2 or more unpaid in 12 months.

There is no reason to block PO boxes unless you are shipping via Fed Ex or UPS. PO boxes are safe to ship to.
