Shipping descrepencies
I don't have a printer.
What eBay is calculated shipping! Is different than what I am paying. I am losing money every sale.
How do I fix this?

Mentor2 years ago@jfinch777. In addition to @mam98031 advice you can select the QR label option to buy a discounted eBay label and not have to pay retail rate.
Next time you need a shipping label select print label from the drop down menu next to the sold awaiting shipment item.
Then on the label page select switch to ADVANCED on the upper right.
You will then see the QR label option at the bottom of the label page.
Then eBay emails you the code QR that you show at the post office and they print the label for you.
Also be sure to enter the actual package dimensions and weight on the listing and use calculated shipping. Don't use any suggested shipping prices as those are estimates and often too low.

Mentor2 years agoIf you are buying your shipping from the Post Office, you are paying full Retail instead of the discounted rates you get from Ebay.
You would likely find that purchasing an inexpensive printer is well worth the investment. They really don't cost much anymore for a basic model. Thermal printers are typically the cheapest to operate as they need no ink.
I personally have a Zebra ZP 450 thermal printer I purchased on Ebay used about 15 years ago or so and it is still working great.
If you are using calculated shipping, if you are going to continue to buy your postage at the post office, you need to change your settings on the calculated shipping to use Retail Pricing.
If you are pricing on your own, then you need to take into consideration full retail prices for shipping.
