You will get a defect on your account for not meeting your handling/shipping time, no matter what the buyer agreed to.
Since you only have a standard account, you cannot put your listings on "vacation" which would allow you to give a date when you can ship when you go away. What some sellers do rather than end their listings, is to raise the item price by quite a bit while they are away, then lower it back to its original price when they return.
