Shipping Defect Appeal Denied even though Item was not scanned by PO until Delivery Day 7 days late
Hello All,
I take pride in shipping my items on time and did so with this item; HOWEVER , package was not scanned into the PO system until it had reached it's delivery PO 7 days later. (I went into the PO 2xs during these 7 days to inquire and was told to wait, as sometimes the scanners miss packages. And, if that happens, it won't show up in the system until it is scanned in by the delivering PO.) Also, during this time, there was a snow storm and the PO website had a red alert about processing and delivery being delayed.
And still Ebay chose not to remove.
Do I:
a) just let it go
b) appeal an appeal, and if so, HOW?
c) never drop a package in the PO drop box, b/c there is no paper work showing you've shipped on time
d) a & c
e) b & c
f) other
