Shipping Credit
Customer cancelled an order after postage was purchased. I cancelled the order and now where can I see the USPS credit for the unused postage?
Thx,

You need to void the USPS shipping label to get a refund. Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

You will receive an email when USPS approves the refund and it will be refunded back to whatever method you used to pay. If it was your eBay balance it will be credited back there. It may take a couple of days from the approval email for it to show. It can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve the refund.
