Shipping costs were charged to seller instead of the buyer
As the seller, I was charged for the shipping label even though the listing was set for the buyer to pay. How can this be corrected or credited back to my account?

The buyer paid you for the item and the shipping costs as set out in your listing.
Now that you have been paid, you use that money to purchase the shipping label.

Mentor2 years agoYou charge the buyer what you want in the listing. You then pay for the actual postage.
