Shipping costs selected by the buyer that are not offered

Question

How can you provide the size and weight of the package and yet a buyer can select an option that is much lower and doesn't include enough money for tracking? I think I've done everything right but want to make sure this never happens again because if AI ship it without tracking, they are most likely going to say they never got it. Help

The listing for your keys had Ground Advantage for a Fixed Price of 2.44.
Ground Advantage for 4 oz is 5.17-8.40

Be sure to always enter the correct weight and dimensions when you list your item, and use Calculated Shipping. (You should never need to type a price, that means you are using a fixed price shipping.)

This is under your control. Buyer can only select from the shipping options you provide in the listing, so only include options that have tracking and remove any that do not.
