Shipping costs on bulk items.
Customer is buying 32 bracelets. I’ve offered bulk buying discounts. Does this automatically apply the discount? She’s also saying shipping is $58. That’s very high. I don’t have any experience with shipping that many bracelets to one person. Does anyone know how to adjust the shipping cost if they are paying for shipping through eBay?

MentorSep 13, 2026 at 9:20 PMPlace all the bracelets into the box you will be using to ship and weigh it, and determine the shipping price you wish to charge the buyer. If buyer has not yet paid, you can send an Invoice to the buyer when you go to Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Click the 3 dots and select the option to send an Invoice. You may need to adjust the shipping amount to cover the additional insurance since shipping usually only covers the first $100
