Shipping Costs Deducted from Payout
Hi,
So, I'm very new to selling on Ebay. I noticed that on my recent sale, the shipping costs were deducted from my payout amount even though the BUYER paid for the shipping. So, for example, I listed an item for 21.99 plus $5.99 shipping with the buyer paying for shipping. And they did. But my payout was $16.00. Why is this? I should have received 21.99. Can someone please explain this to me?

The Buyer gave you $5.99 to buy a label to put on their package to ship it to them.
