Shipping Costs Consolidation

If I sell 10 items and shipping is $6.00 on each item and buyer PAYS for the items plus $60.00 for shipping. I want to consolidate the shipping costs. Does Ebay charge their fee on the $60.00 or do they wait til I process the shipping label and change the shipping charge?

Your Final Value Fee is based on what the buyer pays. If the buyer has already paid, when you refund the over-payment, you are credited the fee on that portion of the sale.
