OP1 year agoI've been using the flat rate shipping method to set the shipping cost. Can a buyer over-ride that cost?

Mentor1 year agoBuyers can only choose from the shipping methods that you place in your listing. So you need to be aware of what those shipping charges will be if you use Flat Rate shipping. Best to use Calculated shipping so eBay will calculate the shipping charge based on the location of the buyer.
