Shipping costs change.
Hello, I need to change the shipping costs for an international buyer and I can’t find anywhere to be able to update it so he’s not able to pay. And I can’t seem to reach a real person at eBay and the auto chat function is not giving me the correct answer. Does anybody have a suggestion?

·1 year agoIf a buyer wants to upgrade their shipping, send them a message asking them not to pay until they receive a new invoice with updated shipping costs from you.
Then, after agreeing on a new delivery service, send them an invoice including the updated charges. Here’s how:
