Why do shipping costs go through PayPal? Can this be changed?

Mentor3 years agoShipping costs can come out of your pending funds for the transaction. Scroll down the page when inputting the shipping weight and size. After the shipping type and price there is a check box to have the money come from pending funds. Once checked, it will stay that way and be the default unless you change it.
