Shipping Costs
I want clarification on shipping cost. I have a label that I got from UPS and the item is set for buyer to pay the shipping. When I bought the label, it is charging my account. If buyer pays the shipping why am I seeing this charge to my eBay account? My payout is 300 dollars less because it took it out of my account.
