When you create a listing you select the Calculated setting in the shipping section. After that you enter the weight and dimensions of the item packed for shipping, Next you select the appropriate shipping method (UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class, Priority Mail, etc.) When you do this they Buyer will see how much they have to pay YOU to ship the item. If you enter accurate information the Buyer will always be charged enough that you can purchase the label through eBay without losing money.

You should use Ebay's calculated shipping.
