shipping costs
If the seller is stating that shipping is $20.00 dollars and using the rate calculator is saying the same thing, will I be obligated to make purchase if after purchasing the sellers tells me it's much more?

You would pay the amount shown on the item listing page.
Sellers cannot charge more for shipping after the item has been paid for.
