Shipping Cost Setup

Question

I remember seeing a post that enabled a seller to determine/list the shipping costs in a way that the buyer sees

the actual cost vs. a higher cost (or something like that). Does this still exist; if so, how can I set it up?

You want to set your calculated shipping settings.

Shipping Preferences

Carrier rate settings

Offer buyers eBay discounted carrier rates or provide your own custom discounted rate.

If you want to give buyers the discount, they will see and pay the rate you pay when you ship on eBay.

If you want them to see and pay counter rates, you choose standard rates with no discount.

In your Shipping Preferences you can show your customer Retail Rates or your ebay discount rates, which is now the new default. https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
