Shipping cost more than what buyer paid
I didn't update the package dimensions and weight when I put something for sale. The shipping cost is more than what the buyer paid. What are my options now? Should the buyer pay for the difference?

Mentor3 years agoNo, you cannot charge a buyer more than the cost shown in the listing. You'll have to cover the difference out of pocket.
