Shipping cost issue
Looking for additional help . So I posted an item for fairly cheap so I could make it move quicker but didn’t realize how much shipping was and it just wouldn’t be worth it . How do I cancel everyone’s orders without penalties for my account and start over and make a new product item listing ?

That is not possible on eBay.
The best advice is to mail those sold items -- you say "orders", plural -- at your own expense.
The most expensive mistakes lead to the best-learned lessons.
The upside is that, when you are preparing your federal tax returns next spring, you can deduct the full amount of postage that you pay for mailing those sold items.
I also suggest reading through eBay's Selling Community Forum at least a couple times a week. These forums are where I learned most everything I know about eBay.

Canceling a paid order on eBay is a very serious violation of eBay policy. It will result in a damaging defect to your Account. Plus, if the Buyer leaves negative feedback due to the cancelation, eBay will not remove it.
It is better to absorb the cost of the shipping as a lesson learned.
