Shipping cost incorrect on item buyer paid
The shipping cost of $8.00 and change is incorrect for my listing that weighs 14 lbs and box measures 37 1/2 inches high, 28 inches wide and 5 inches deep. Buyer paid the $100.00 for the item but I cannot except the $8.00 and change for shipping this item.

You made a mistake on your listing in the Shipping section. You are in California and I am in PA and am seeing $ 8.83 shipping via USPS Ground Advantage for a framed poster measuring 26 x 20 x 1 ... not going to happen.
For now you need to eat the cost of your mistake and ship to your customer.
To determine what you did wrong use the Sell Similar function on the listing via the drop-down menu on the left. This creates a duplicate listing so you can review your shipping section to see the mistake, which I suspect is mainly the dimensions for the box you need to ship that poster in. After you figure out your mistake you can Delete that listing from the draft file so it is not listed again for sale.
We see newer Sellers make most of their mistakes in the area of shipping than anywhere else. Sorry it was a hard lesson to learn.

OP8 months agoThank you for your response. Some how the 1 inch by 1 inch which I did not enter was used without my consent. Can I refund the buyer's cost for the poster? I do not want to pay a cost for shipping I never entered
