    Shipping cost for international buyer
                     

    I had a buyer contact me that they wanted to purchase one of my items. They said they are from France and could I give them a shipping price. This would be my first int’l sale. As far as I understood, I ship to a hub and eBay takes care of the shipping from there so am I really able to give her a total shipping price?
