Shipping cost customer paid is less than eBay shows is the cost to ship the item
The amount of shipping the buyer paid for the order is less than what eBay shows as the shipping charge when I log in to print the label. I then reduced the weight and package size a bit to align with actual and the shipping cost actually went up even more. I've never seen this happen. Has anyone else had this problem?

Mentor5 days agoIf you are using calculated shipping for USPS the amounts should be the same as long as you enter the same data when you list and when you go to create the label. However, there have been recent postage increases, so if the buyer purchased before the increase and you created the label after the increase, that would account for the difference.

OP4 days agoThanks for your message. They have always been the same but today they were more than the customer's calculated shipping paid. The item was purchased on the same day I looked at the label. When I update the weight and size of the packge to be smaller/lighter than the listing, the shipping cost goes up. I'm puzzled and wondered if this has happened to anyone else in the last couple of days.
