shipping cost adjustment
Pretty sad. Ebay is charging me $5.20 extra for a package because the label listed the weight as 6 ounces, and it reportedly weighed more by less than the weight of a penny. I've been a customer of eBay for more than two decades, generating many thousands of dollars for the company in that time. And, of course, there is no one to talk to to resolve the situation. Ebay, you can do better.

Mentor2 years agoeBay didn't charge you for the underpayment. The USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS did. Check here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng
Any underpayment will be corrected by the respective carrier. It isn't unfair and eBay has nothing to do with it.

Mentor2 years agoIf this was a FedEx label, there is a known issue with FedeX charging incorrectly. If this was a USPS label, USPS contacts eBay when a Seller pays too little or too much for a USPS label and the Seller's available funds are adjusted.
