Shipping Cost
I have created a listing. It is simple collectible postal history envelope weighing 2 ounces. Customer in Germany is interest in buying but unwilling to pay the shipping cost of $17.10 for standard USPS First Class envelope as listed by Ebay. My calculations using USPS calculator show $4.10 for same shipping via USPS. Why is the Ebay calculated price so high? Is it because Ebay is assuming shipment via their International shipping program/Global Shipping? How do I opt for shipping at lower USPS price? Thanks.
