@somcel-0 As @rfmtm stated you can only revise a listing if it does not have any bids or offers.
I see that you have "standard tracked shipping" on your listings. You should be selecting Ground Advantage etc. 99% of your items can ship ground advantage.
When you use an integrated shipping service such as USPS ground Advantage and buyer pays calculated shipping by entering the correct weight and package dimensions then the buyer pays the shipping price to their location. If you select " FREE SHIPPING" then you need to add the shipping cost to the item price.
If you are NOT using business policies then you can use Bulk Edit to update your listings.
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> shipping policy> edit and submit ( you will need to enter the package weight and dimensions if you have not already done so, don't let eBay set your shipping prices)
If you ARE using Business Policies then you go to this page>
If you are using Calculated Shipping, you don't. The buyer will see the shipping cost from your zip code to his zip code. If you are looking at your own listings, you will see what it costs to ship to your own zip code.

2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
