Shipping is more then ebay charged buye,so i didnt ship until i know buyer wants to pay the extra IS THAT WHAT I SHOULD DO?

Mentor11 months agoSellers are not allowed to charge buyers more for shipping than what they already paid.
Ship the item to your buyer.
To make sure you are charging the proper amount, you need to use the shipping calculator, making sure that you weigh and measure the prepackaged item carefully.

OP11 months agoi am not going to pay 30 extra dollars and loose money cus ebay only charged buyer 11 dollars,. i think they need to recalculate 40 lb. package and let buyer know they are resposible for differnce . is this the way to do or not?

Mentor11 months agoWhen you listed the item for sale, did you enter in the dimensions & weight of the package in the shipping calculator?
If you underestimated shipping costs, you cannot ask the buyer to pay more and Ebay will not pay the difference.
