Shipping cost
Sold an item that states 1.50 for shipping and that’s what the buyer paid but it wants me to pay 4.33 for the label. Trying to understand why if thats not what I had listed.

I looked at your listings
1) If your item sells for $20 or more, you can't use eBay Standard Envelope
2) make sure you envelope size is 6x4x1 and the weight is 3 oz or less.
If this doesn't solve it, what is eBay Item Number for the listing, I can look at it and provide some specific advice.
