Mentor1 year agoThat potato chip can is showing $9.69 to me in 92802, which seems much too low.
What did you enter for the weight, rounded to the nearest pound? What did you enter for the dimensions of the package, rounded to nearest inch? When you look at your own listing, you are seeing the shipping cost from your zip code to your zip code.

OP1 year agoit is low, I will have to take to PO to see actual cost. I dont know how they came up with this cost. Guess Ill have to cancel the transaction, I cant get hold of anybody at ebay customer service.

Mentor1 year agoI suspect you either made an error on the weight or the dimensions of the package, or both.

I explained how the cost was calculated in my first response. It was based on the weight and package size you entered when you set up the listing as well as the buyer's zip code. You made an error in your setup.
You can see the size and weight you entered by clicking Relist or Sell Similar to see what parameters you entered. Be sure to back out of the listing rather than submit when you are finished.
If you cancel the transaction, you'll earn a defect on your seller record.

Mentor1 year agoHi @brbai_8705
eBay calculated the cost based on the package size and weight you entered into the listing form for the distance between you and the buyer. There appears to be an error in the weight and/or package size.
