Shipping cost
I set it where the buyer pays shipping yet it came out of my funds. Shipping didn't cost as much as what was paid either. How do I get refunds on shipping?

·1 year agoBuyers pay you the shipping cost shown in the listing and you buy the postage.

OP1 year agoI set it for the buyer to pay shipping though. They chose usps and I bought the shipping label when it was time to send. I was under the impression that would come from the buyer but instead it came from my available funds. Also I paid more then it cost to ship.
