shipping cost
This is my first time selling on ebay. I was so happy it sold quick. Then I go to ship it and see that the buyer didnt pay enough to cover the item and all the shipping. Now I am required to pay the difference???

Mentor2 years agoThe amount the buyer was charged was based on your entries when you listed it.
You did use calculated shipping, which is good. Did you enter the actual weight and dimensions?
If you buy your postage at the shipping count (USPS) you will pay MORE than if you buy the label on eBay.
Can you buy the label on eBay, use the weight (round up to the next pound), measure, round up to the nearest inch.
It's also possible that UPS would be less for this item. Generally you should use the method you stated (USPS), but you can explore the options at least
