Shipping cost
I sold a computer on eBay and printed a USPS label with $10.47 of postage for what eBay said was a 9 lb. shipment. But I shipped the computer in its original box to keep it safe, and the total shipment weighed 12 lbs. so it cost $19.20 to mail it and I had to pay the additional $8.73 in postage. How do I get this amount refunded to me or charged to the buyer?

Since you did not correctly enter the proper weight, you will need to pay the additional shipping cost out of your own pocket.
In the future, make sure you weigh & measure the prepackaged item and enter those precise details in the shipping calculator.
