Shipping cost
What do you do if ebay estimated the postage to send an item, but it was way below the real cost?
The buyer hasn't answered my attempt to contact them.

You will have to pay the difference yourself. You cannot charge the buyer more for shipping than what they already paid.
Do not let Ebay estimate shipping, sellers should always weigh and measure the prepackaged item and enter in those precise details in the shipping calculator.
