Shipping Confusion

Question

Help please. I sold two items on the same day to the same person. Each item had been listed separately. It made sense to ship them in the same package which I did. I didn't know about bulk shipping at the time. Since I used one shipping label, Ebay thought that I didn't ship the 2nd item, but I shipped it with the first item. What should I do?

@rsswg Adding a tracking number to additional sales - Go to the Sold section of My eBay. https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold - From More actions, select Add tracking number. - Add, edit or delete the tracking number and the carrier. - Select Submit. If eBay won't allow you to put the same tracking number on other orders: You should mark the item as shipped from the drop-down list to the right, here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold Then, if you wish, you can gently encourage your buyer to leave feedback for you. (Being too pushy can backfire.) ✓ Your money will be released eventually, 30-60 days, even without tracking or feedback. For the Future - If the buyer pays for more than 1 item separately, you can combine the orders before selecting a label using the "bulk shipping" tool on the browser. Put a check mark to the left of your items on this page https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT Select "Shipping" above On the next screen it will ask if you want to 'combine' the orders. Check that box. Enter the weight and dimensions for the package and print your label.
